Threats against law enforcement officers, judges, and political officials have increased, leading to protective measures and legal efforts to prevent Trump from making inflammatory public statements. Increasing concerns about lone-wolf attacks or riots by angry or damaged Americans are also being raised. A survey found that 4.7 percent of American adults agreed that the use of force was justified to restore Trump to the presidency.
